Growing Together, Standing Strong

Livewire Student Ministry serves youth in grades 6–12 by helping them grow in their understanding of Jesus and the truth of Scripture. Through weekly lessons, small‑group conversations, and regular fellowship events, students learn how to follow Christ in their everyday lives. The ministry also focuses on building meaningful relationships—both with peers and with caring adult leaders—so that every student has a place to belong and a community that encourages their faith.

I accepted Jesus at age 10 in a small church in Mableton, Georgia. Although my call to ministry came later in life, God has faithfully guided each step. I have served here at Legacy for over 20 years alongside my wife, Angie—first as Youth Pastor and now as Family Pastor. One of my favorite Scripture verses, Galatians 6:9, continues to shape my heart for ministry: “Let us not become weary in doing good, for at the proper time we will reap a harvest if we do not give up.”

God has blessed me with my wife, our children and grandchildren, and the opportunity to serve at Legacy. It is my deepest desire to “do good” by sharing the Gospel in all that we do. I am a huge UGA fan, a self-proclaimed 80’s music and movie trivia master, and I enjoy using movie quotes whenever possible… and yes, I am serious, Clark.
